Affordable Housing Partnership (AHP)
educational workshops are provided as a 3-part series. The
series is offered every month in Albany. A $10 workbook fee for the 3-part series is due at the first session. Additional
"Fast Track" workshops are available for those homebuyers who are
currently in the middle of a purchase.

homeownership experience. Workshops are free of charge and open to the public.
All BNI workshops are held at the Steinmetz Family Investment Center, 120 Emmons

offers Homebuyer Education workshop at their office located at 1677 VanVranken
Avenue, Schenectady, 12308. Each session consists of two three-hour classes.

The TRIP NeighborWorks
Homeownership Center (TRIP)
and Rensselaer County Housing Resources (RCHR)
hold frequent orientation sessions to learn more about
TRIP/RCHR programs and get enrolled in other classes. Homebuyer
Club meetings are available to existing program participants. For
